Joanna graduated from the University of Toronto in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Relations and History. She earned her LL.B. from Queen Mary University of London (U.K.) in 2026. During her legal studies she was actively involved in pro bono work at Queen Mary’s Legal Advice Centre providing advice on social welfare benefits, employment, and intellectual property cases, and contributing to legal literacy initiatives for elementary school students. She is conversant in Greek and Russian.
